• For a price or product question: the store name, the dinner and the ingredient. A screenshot helps

Please don't send passwords, sign-in codes or payment card details. We'll never ask for them.

Common questions

The app says there's no store near me

Dinner Cents only works with Kroger family stores that Kroger's store search lists within 10 miles of your ZIP code. Try a nearby ZIP code. If there still isn't one, the app won't guess prices for another chain.

A price looks wrong

Prices come from Kroger's product data for your store when you plan. They can change during the week, and a sale can end. If a price is very different from the shelf, email us with the store, the ingredient and a screenshot so we can check how the product was matched.

Something says "not at this store"

No acceptable, in-stock product was found at your store for that ingredient. It's left out of the total, so you'll see a note that some items are unpriced.

My subscription isn't showing

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with. If that doesn't work, email us. Apple's help on restoring purchases

How do I cancel?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Dinner Cents. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends or the next renewal. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it. Apple's steps

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. More about Apple refunds

Is there an Android version?

No. Dinner Cents is iPhone only for now.
